Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Where do you deliver from?
We ship within Switzerland and goods are shipped from Germany.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order. All requests after this time will be rejected. Once received, your order may be returned for a full refund.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard), Google and Apple pay and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow longer processing time for your order during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Since most products are custom-made, a delivery time of 2-4 weeks can be expected. Accessories are usually stock items and have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks.
What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.
Do I have to pay customs duties and taxes?
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in CHF dollars, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination; these are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. For more information about fees, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received an item that is incorrect, missing and/or damaged. When you receive your package, please include your order number, photos of the item(s) and any related notes. We will do our best to resolve your case as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation. Please contact the card issuing bank if you would like to know when the credit will be posted to your account. If you have not yet received credit for your return, follow these steps: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
